We have a small pond at work; most of it tends to dry out during the summer months, so I had a walk around it yesterday while it is still there. Below are a few of the shots I took before I started work.

Green-veined White
Wall Brown
Large Red Damselfly
Damselfly (species?)
Scorpion Fly (male)
Pond Skater
Above and two below show the lava of the Great Diving Beetle

Wolf Spider carrying egg sac
Unfortunately this Newt did not make it
(you can make out a tadpole just starting to eat it bottom right of the shot)
