An hour with a Peregrine

I didn’t have time today to go looking for the WTE on the moors, what with waiting for deliverymen and plumbers; I just would not have been able to do it justice. Instead, I spent a very cold, windy but very enjoyable hour in the company of the male Peregrine in its usual spot. There was no sign of the female today; she was probably keeping her head down out of the wind. The male flew off, I managed a few flight shots, and although I hung around for a while, it did not return so it was home for me to play the waiting game.
