I, once again, managed to get some images of a Red Kite enjoying the early morning sun. It has has been roosting in the village for some time now however, it doesn’t hang around long if it gets its eye on something the least bit thing spooks it.

Barn Owl
I might still be way behind but at least now I have a chance to catch up. I have just had another knee replacement and I can’t drive for at least six weeks (I might be able to persuade my wife to drop me off somewhere) so I hopefully I have enough time to go through all the images I have.

A few of the birds I saw on the 11th of last month (I have said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m still way behind).
Red Kite.
Kestrel.
Stonechat still trying to catch insects.
Barn Owl.
