South Shields

Started the day at Whitburn Steel yesterday but unfortunately the tide was right out so no waders to photograph. However, this juvenile Pied Wagtail kept me amused for a while it was catching flies and was jumping all over the place. A Meadow Pipit landed fairly close to me so I thought why not and fired off a couple of shots. It was then on to the Leas at South Shields to see if anything had dropped in nothing was found so down I went to the Trow. A Little Owl was in its usual place and a Kestrel posed for ages but that was all of note.
