Twizell Woods

After we had been to Harperley Nursery we had a late morning early afternoon walk to the ponds in Twizell Wood in the hope of seeing my first Damselfly of the year and of course any other insects that happened to be there. As always with my identification of insects if I have anything wrong please don’t hesitate to correct me.

My first Large Red Damselfly (and the only one I saw) of the year was caught by a Spider.
