Northern Mockingbird

I think I am right in saying that this small American bird that ended up in Newbiggin Northumberland is only the third to have been seen in the UK. I’m pleased it did end up there and I could not resist going up for it, as it is a mega lifer for me. To say it showed well is an understatement it gave crippling views it’s only a pity there wasn’t a blue sky to show it off. I have loads of other things to put on the Blog but because of this mega, they will have to wait for another day.
