The Forest of Dean part five

 Some more images from our holiday.

I think I said in an earlier Blog that we saw loads of these Dor Beetles both alive and dead.

Back to work again

I take my camera to work most days and there is nearly always something to capture.

The Swallows have three possibly four young and the adults are feeding them well.

Quarrying

I had a trip out last week to two County Durham quarries looking for butterflies and moths.

Glanville Fritillary. County Durham is a strange place to find one of these butterflies.
