My first Small Tortoiseshell butterfly of the year. It came into the lamp cabin at work and landed on one of our hats.

The frogspawn in our small pond at work has hatched out.

 

Out this morning

Little Owl & Redwing from this morning. The light was rubbish and the Little Owl was far too far away I had to use a 2x on the 500mm and it’s still nearly a 100% crop.

Here are a few shots taken at Burdon Moor from a couple of days ago.

The next few shots of the SEO were all taken into the sun, it would not fly the other way.

Hare messing around in the late afternoon sun. Far too far away, for any decent shots but by the time I got there the Hares and the sun had gone.
