On a local walk recently, I found some canny insects a Brown Hare that came very close to my wife and a couple of bonny Yellowhammers.
Gorse Shieldbug laying eggs. First time I have seen this.
Common Leaf Weevil.

Two Gorse Seed Weevil.
Cereal Leaf Beetle?
Harlequin Ladybird.
Syrphus Sp. Hoverfly.
Wolf Spider?

A recent trip to Clara Vale didn’t produce Kingfisher but there was still some canny birds there. I didn’t go into the hide at Far Pastures but instead I had a walk up the lane a couple of birds stood out.

This Mistle Thrush looked up and
this is what it saw a Sparrowhawk.
It then carried on doing what it had been doing.

Crows were constantly dive bombing it.
