Durham Moors Part 2

 A couple of pairs of Wheatear were also up on the Durham Moors as well as the usual Red Grouse and Meadow Pipit. Red Kites were hunting over the Moor and beetles were crawling over the walls.

I can’t quite make out the letters on the wing tags of this Red Kite.
