Thorp Perrow part one

Thorp Perrow is a beautiful Arboretum, Bird of Prey and Mammal Centre in Yorkshire. When we were there on the 3rd the Arboretum was carpeted in Bluebells and Magnolia trees were flowering, it was stunning and I must admit I did take some pictures on my phone. However, I took even more pictures around the Mammal Centre and of the Birds of Prey. Here is the first instalment.

Who could resist these adorable Meerkats?

  1. Look forward to seeing more pics Ron, we last visited Thorpe Perrow before the pandemic and enjoyed the Birds of Prey display, though it was strange seeing a Kookaburra as a BoP. Like you say, a lovely place to visit. Plenty of Ruddy Darters there later in the summer I remember.

  2. Cheers Alan. It is a great place to visit and I bet it is beautiful at all times of the year so we intend to go back to have another look.
