As I said in my earlier Blog, I took far too many pictures but who could resist when you have a cracking bird like this Kestrel sitting right in front of you. I did take some pictures of other birds while I was at Far Pastures but not many.
A cracking female Kestrel. I saw her land in a tree
and I tried to get close to her without spooking her. I was walking slowly toward
her stopping every so often taking pictures then slowly walking again until I
could not get any closer and she just sat there letting me take pictures.
She knew I was there but she wasn’t bothered at all.
