I started with insects now we come onto some of the birds we saw while at St Aidan’s.
Although I have heard and seen Cetti’s Warbled in the
past, I have never photographed one before so this is a first.
Reed Warbler.
Sand Martin. Tricky little blighters to catch in
flight.
Chiffchaff.
Great Crested Grebe.
Lapwings having a bit of a dispute.
Shovelers.
One of the male Shoveler did not like the other male being
around.
Someone had left what looks like a toddler’s cup on a
bench and the Crow was checking it out.
When the Crow realised there was nothing in the cup it
jumped down.
Presumably a male Black-headed Gull showing off to a
female, there was a lot of it about.
