Tawny Owl

Just got back from a 3-night trip to Scotland (pictures to come later). I wasn’t going to post the next few blogs because I’m so far behind but the pictures are there so I’m going ahead with them. 22.05.22 A Tawny Owl chick has branched and one of the adult birds is sitting nearby but it’s a scary world outside its box.

Adult Tawny Owl having a snooze.

It had a bit of a yawn.

Then woke up.

The chick was also having a snooze.

Then started to take in its surroundings.

Then suddenly a Woodpigeon flew close by and startled it.

A Wren was singing nearby.

And a Red Kite flew overhead.

Along with a House Martin.
